In September 2022, Manitoba members voted in favour of the adoption of CAMRT-MB, the new provincial arm of the CAMRT that will provide association services for Manitoba MRTs.
On November 14th, MAMRT held a special meeting to confirm the decision to dissolve the MAMRT, which will occur in early 2023.
All current CAMRT/MAMRT Practicing and Non-Practicing members hold membership until December 31,2022.
Beginning January 1, 2023, CAMRT-MB membership will replace MAMRT membership. All members have been sent CAMRT renewal/CAMRT-MB membership information to enable them to transition their membership before January 1, 2023. Join CAMRT/CAMRT-MB as a student member here. Student membership is free and available to individuals enrolled in a Canadian medical radiation technology program accredited by Accreditation Canada. This membership type is not available to individuals who are already a certified MRT.
