Application Fee - $50.00
A non-refundable Application Fee of $50 is levied for all new applications to MAMRT. This one-time fee does not apply to the annual renewal of membership and is waived for registered MAMRT Student Members applying within their year of graduation for Full or Non-Practising membership.
MAMRT Admin Fee: $3.00
WAIVED for 2019, 2020, 2021 Membership Years.
PAD Administration Fee: $25.00
A non-refundable annual Administration Fee is levied for all subscriptions to the Pre-Authorised Debit Service.
NSF PAD: $40.00
One (1) NSF is permitted. Second NSF results in NSF charge and removal from Service.
Declined Credit Card Transaction: $40.00
Applied after 10 day grace period.
Late Payment of Dues: $150.00
Membership Lapse + Reinstatement: $150.00
Resignation in Good Standing + Reinstatement:
Resignation before November 30th: $50.00
Resignation in December/Reinstatement in January: $75.00
Membership Conversion: Full Practising to Non-Practising or Non-Practicing to Full Practising: $0.00
Payment Receipts (pre-January 2020): $15.00 per receipt.
REFUNDS:
MAMRT can only consider refund requests for amounts paid for MAMRT membership; it cannot refund any amounts paid for CAMRT membership or PLI. For more information about CAMRT refunds, contact the CAMRT’s Membership Director
Members who are resigning completely from MAMRT/CAMRT concurrent Membership (due to retirement/transfer out of Manitoba) may be eligible for a refund, as follows:
• Notification Prior to June 30: 50%, less $25.00 Administrative Fee
• Notification After June 30: No refund
Members who will be temporarily inactive in practice ("on leave") and electing to convert from Full Practising Membership to Non-Practising Membership will be eligible for a refund.
No refund will issue in any case where the amount is $25.00 or less.
